WP1 is focused on management, dissemination and exploitation activities.

• T1.1 Project and administrative management (M1-M24): management, monthly calls, at least 4 physical meetings to line up the
  activities and to assure information exchange and engagement
• T1.2 Dissemination and exploitation (M1-M24): producing/maintaining the dissemination plan; implementation of the dissemination
  activities identified in Section 4
• T1.3 Risk and innovation management (M1-M24): risk/innovation management, quality assurance, review of the project artifacts,
  monitoring and maintaining KPIs, decision-making in case of criticalities
